Capture high-definition anamorphic imagery with this Laowa Nanomorph S35 Anamorphic Prime 5-Lens Kit from Venus Optics. The bundle includes 27, 35, 50, 65, and 80mm compact lenses that feature a 1.5x anamorphic squeeze ratio, blue color flares, focus marks in both feet and meters, 0.8 MOD cine gears, and a hard case. Venus Optics Laowa Nanomorph 1.5x S35 Anamorphic Lens

Laowa Nanomorph 1.5x S35 Anamorphic Lenses from Venus Optics are a slender, compact anamorphic lenses set that captures high-definition video with 1.5x anamorphic squeeze on cameras with S35 sensors. It features a Sony E lens mount, an aperture range of T2.8/2.4 to T22 for a deep depth of field, and 13 iris blades for a shallow depth of field and soft bokeh.

These prime lenses have a very short minimum focus distance and offers anamorphic qualities such as high contrast, and a blue color lens flares. Other features include measurement markings in feet and meters, 0.8 MOD cine gears on focus and aperture rings, and a 55mm front filter thread. The Sony E lens mount is interchangeable and can be swapped out for an optional mount.

Constant 1.5x Squeeze Ratio

A 1.5x squeeze ratio is a perfect balance between the size and anamorphic intensity. With a 1.5x squeeze ratio, you will have a 2.66:1 on a 16:9 sensor after de-squeeze. There is also room for you to crop into a 2.4:1 widescreen ratio.

Optional 1.33x Adapter

Use this Nanomorph prime with the separately available 1.33x front-mounted adapter to obtain a wider 2x squeeze ratio.

Artistic Oval Bokeh

A 1.5x squeeze ratio also renders oval bokeh that gives an artistic touch to the image. It also creates a blurry and creamy background that pops out the subject.

Compact Design

This compact and lightweight lens measures just 5.2″ in length and weighs less than 1.6 lb.
The smaller design enables you to get an anamorphic look for handheld, slider, and gimbal capture.

Blue Anamorphic Flare Color

The traditional blue flare is common in the market, and it is suitable for sci-fi and cool vibe movies.

Short Focus Distance

The 16.9″ close focus distance is short so users can create closer shots. It renders a shallower depth of field, so the sense of compression will be stronger and the bokeh will be more oval-shaped.

Unified Gear Position

The unified gear position allows users to switch lenses quickly and without readjustment on the focus gear.

55mm Filter Thread

A 55mm filter can be attached directly to the lens for a variety of handy setups. The small diameter is favorable when doing run-and-gun shots or utilizing it with an aerial drone.

Dual Scales

Both imperial and metric scales are printed on the lens body.

0.8 MOD Gears

Industry-standard 0.8 MOD gears are installed on both the aperture and focus rings.

Flange Back Adjustment.

The lens allows users to adjust the back focus easily.
