Astera AX5 TriplePAR<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

For those who need a powerful battery-powered fixture that can operate for up to 20 hours per charge, the\u00a0Astera AX5 TriplePAR<\/b>\u00a0is an RGBAW LED fixture with 3 x LED emitters and a 13\u00b0 beam spread. The RGBA fixture supports a color temperature range of 2480 to 7100K when controlled via the app or DMX, and features a CRI rating of up to 92. In addition, the fixture is dimmable from 100 to 0% brightness in any mode. The fixture has an integrated lithium-ion battery, which can run the fixture for up to 20 hours on a full charge, while requiring up to 7 hours to charge.<\/p>\n

As you would expect with an RGBAW fixture, it supports a variety of effects, including color, fire, strobe (flash), and LEE gel color matching. The fixture can be controlled via wired or wireless DMX (supports LumenRadio) as well as via the AsteraApp, or an optional IR remote. The light features a removable yoke, and an integrated pop-out Kickstand. The bracket features a 3\/8″ threaded hole for attaching mounting options.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Remote Control<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The AX5 can be controlled remotely with an optional ARC1 IR remote controller, or by the AsteraApp for iOS or Android via Bluetooth (requires optional AsteraBox) as well as wired or wireless DMX. For wireless DMX, the fixture is compatible with all LumenRadio CRMX transmitters as well as W-DMX, G2, G3, G4, and G4S transmitters (G4 and G4S is only supported in 2.4 GHz mode). You can also use an Astera ART3 Wireless DMX Transmitter to send DMX in the UHF frequency band, although CRMX is the recommended method.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Shipping Mode<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

    The AX5 is set to a special shipping mode that allows it to be stored for a long time without damaging the battery. When using an AX5 for the first time, connect it to an AC power for a few seconds to exit the shipping mode.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
